Meet Adrienne Rielly! Just over a year ago, Adrienne joined our team as a Project Assistant. In this role, she works behind the scenes with our Project Management team, completing administrative tasks associated with all aspects of the construction process. With a positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, we feel lucky to have Adrienne on our team! Adrienne loves to swim and in her spare time she teaches swimming lessons

Meet Amanda Trapp! As our Service Specialist, Amanda is responsible for coordinating chemical deliveries for municipalities throughout Ontario, managing our residential pool store, and providing support to all of our commercial clients throughout North America! Amanda plays pool two times a week in a competitive league and has a horse named Brooke.

With so many amenities and features, including a lap pool, leisure pool, climbing wall, diving boards, and water features, we’re sure the new Orillia Recreation Centre will be a popular community gathering place for years to come. The KBE movable floor is an added bonus that will maximize the facility’s potential and increase programming opportunities!

Update tools list and input into the accounting software for job costing Update rental list and input into the accounting software for job costing Receive packing slips and match to purchase orders Filing document Special project Printing and distributing job costing reports to project managers Other duties as assigned THE SKILLS Put in the time: 1-3 years experience in accounting with administration including College level courses or equivalent experience. Got 99 problems, but Microsoft ain't one (Excel, MS Office applications don’t scare you off). Working as a team is your favourite but working independently doesn’t bother you either. Master Communicator (excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills). Cool as a cucumber: you're able to work effectively under tight deadlines and in stressful conditions without breaking a sweat. Professional organizer is your middle name. You can stay on track independently and no detail goes unnoticed from your strong analytical skills. Knowledge and ability in JONAS software would be a definite bonus.

Reconciling G/L accounts Full cycle Canadian non-union payroll Payroll remittances for all Canadian companies (WSIB, EHT, Source deductions) RRSP calculation and submissions Backup for Canadian union and US payroll Special projects as assigned Other duties as assigned THE SKILLS Put in the time: 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role. Got 99 problems, but technology ain’t one (MS Office applications don’t scare you off). Experience getting bang for our buck from an ERP. Experience with implementing improvements within multiple entity financial reporting environment. Unlimited bookkeeping skills to personally attack hold co’s, op co’s and related companies. Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail. Analytical skills with some research and development knowledge. Master Communicator (excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills).
