Here are 3 ways to be more productive in the same amount of time that you spend doing things. 1) Batch your tasks. You can build a rhythm and can finish your tasks at a quicker rate. 2) Block off time. Set a timer on your phone or your computer to work on certain tasks. There are free apps that allow you to do so. When you have a set time to finish tasks, you have a sense of urgency to complete them and also you don't get distracted as easily as you know during that time, it is meant to be working on one task. 3) Set a schedule the night before. It doesn't take much time to do. Spend a couple of minutes to draft out a schedule for the next day so you don't waste time thinking of things that you need to do.
