We are back Thank you to our fabulous patients for being understanding during our closure; as we tried to do our part to help control the spread of Covid-19. A few things to remember when you do come in for your Appointment: please notify us ahead of your appointment if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 -such as: fever, new or worsening cough, sore throat, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, or flu like symptoms. Please wear a mask when entering our clinic. No other people can come with you to your appointment other than 1 parent with a minor. Only one person at our reception desk at a time. Social distancing rules will apply. Please use the hand sanitizer in the reception area upon entering and exiting our premises. Bring In essentials only: keys, phone, payment. Stay safe and 6ft apart .
