Do you still have this in your tub/shower?? The Uniform Plumbing Code and International Building Code, in accordance with ASSE 1016, require that all tub/shower faucets now be of the pressure balance or the thermostatic mixing valve type. Both are single lever. The pressure balanced function provides a relatively constant water temperature if either the hot or cold pressure changes like when someone flushes a nearby toilet. For seniors, a sudden change in temperature could cause them to startle and fall. Lets avoid this!

I'm proud of our company and how we are perceived by both consumers and medical professionals. We were just awarded an assessment contract in North Vancouver by a firm in Ontario based on our reputation. Really feels good when we show well. Its not the size of the contract, its that we are respected.

Every year, we serve veterans with a variety of products and services on a frequest basis. It is a regular reminder of the sacrifices they have made in for us to enjoy the freedoms we have. Today, we spend the day reflecting more deeply on this. Thank you to those who have served, are serving, and to the families that have supported them. Lest we forget!

David is busy cutting a bathtub in preparation for a tub insert. This will reduce the step by 7.5". The client is a veteran senior who is struggling with his mobility. When we add a couple of grab bars, he will be independant and safe to bathe again.

We have ordered extra inventory and are setting up another warehouse. We won't start a project now unless we can acquire all the materials in advance. Can't leave a project half completed. The new warehouse will allow us to 'kit' jobs. It will also prevent our team from visiting stores daily and creating additional risk. They go home to job and back again. Yes we will update you on our COVID-19 status as is everyone else in the world. We are open for business and operating at full capacity. We have more work than we can manage right now. While several of our contracts have been postponed, more clients than ever are pushing us to get their work done. And the phone hasn't stopped ringing. Health wise, we are all very aware that we work with people that are 'at risk'. We are social distancing and self isolating. We are staying cl...ear of close client interactions. We realize that if even one of us starts to show symptoms, we will have to shut down. We are working hard with suppliers to follow their new protocols and stocking up where we can so that if they are forced to shut, we won't be. But we can't keep going for long if they don't, so we support and appreciate whatever measures they are taking to also stay healthy. God willing, we will get past this sooner than later. Wow. Super cool. Who wants one?

WHOA! A client wanted a ceiling fan installed in their cupola style ceiling. No probem right? Well the massive wasps nexlst in the ceiling had other thoughts. Exterminators have been here twice and they are still going strong. Next we are goig to cut one or two of the joists (non structural) so the exterminators can get up there. Not sure who I should assign to this job. Volunteers???
