What’s the most helpful mindset shift you’ve made in your relationships with kids? Tell us below! When we come at children with a forceful, rigid mindse...t we set ourselves up for a battle, rather than a partnership. All people have an innate sense of freedom, and tend to resist being made to do anything. When children sense connection behind our words, rather than force, they are more readily able to relax and work with us. We’re not trying to take away their autonomy, or their freedom.
