FAQ! What is the minimum renters age? Access Rent A Car rents to drivers ages 19 and older. Extra fees may be applied for drivers under age of 25. We are actually considered one of the most popular Vancouver car rental service for under 21 and 25.

FAQ! What is your cancellation policy? Access Rent A Car requires a minimum of 48 hours notice from the scheduled pick up time to avoid a cancellation fee. (Prior notice... length and cancellation fees may vary depending on vehicle class) Customers that fail to show up for a reservation automatically will be charged a minimum charge of $150. All cancellations that are made require a "Sent Cancelled" status in order to avoid any charges. All charges will be made to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

FAQ! Do I need a Canadian drivers license in order to rent a vehicle? No. We accept drivers license from every country, although we may require a passport for drivers license that are not in english such as Japanese and Korean for example.

FAQ! Can I return the car after business hours? Yes. You can return the car at our designated overnight parking lot, once you come and rent the car, just let us know so we can explain you where our overnight parking lot is located, so you can return the car at your most convenient time.
