The staff is friendly and careful. They did a thorough job of cleaning my carpet, it may be old but it is clean and white.They are efficient and don't waste time. I was disappointed with the area that was cleaned to remove the smell of cat urine as there is still a strong smell. The carpet itself doesn't smell bad but there is a definite strong odor lingering.But I know he did the best he could.
