Commercial rent relief is coming. Eligible landlords will be able to apply for loans to cover 50% of their monthly rents. These loans are forgivable if the landlord is willing to reduce rents by 75% for April, May, and June, plus agree not to evict the tenant. Tenants would still be responsible for the other 25% of the rent for the covered period.... I will post more details as they become available. Please contact me for more information.

As reported earlier the CEWS (Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy) will be open for applications on Monday, April 27. (Fingers Crossed) The CRA has published a calculator so a business can run their numbers and see what their subsidy amount could be. Click on the link below to access it.
