Words cannot express the gratitude I have for my employees. I have had to be home from the office more then I thought during this time, and they have really stepped up. I will be reachable during regular business hours, but will not always be on site. However the staff can help with most questions or they can reach me as well. Stay safe everyone.
From July 17 until July 26, Carla will be out of the office. Kara is still there to help with all your needs! It’s Holiday time!
Due to the unplanned power outrage, we are closed for the remainder of the day. See you all tomorrow morning.
Thank you everyone who is sticking with us during this craziness. Between having to self isolate, work remotely and all the changes the government keeps throwing at us, we are getting through things one day at a time
It was announced today that they are coming up with a way for seasonal works about to run out of EI and for people still working just with cut hours to be able to apply for CERB. Stay tuned for more info as it is released.

Effective immediately we are no longer taking face to face appointments or drop offs for taxes. We will be moving to a digital form to complete tax returns. We have also decided on new hours, so effective immediately, we will be closed on Monday’s. Tuesday to Friday we will be open 10am to 5pm If you have any concerns or questions please call us. We are still there to help with all your needs during this time.
With the growing concern over COVID-19, we are taking extra precautions to help get through the tax season. We keep appointments minimal lengths of time as well as offer a drop off/email service to have your taxes filed. We also file tax returns for a discounted rate for people with minimal income and AISH recipients. If you are not feeling well we have ways to keep you home and still file your return.
It has been brought to my attention that there was an error on CRA's part in regards to direct deposits. I don't know everyone affected however please check your bank balances if your received your refund already from filing during the time period February 21 to March 4th.
