This place can definitely accumulate high-volumes of people, and the staff who work the front have always been able to provide quality service under any pressure. I have a high level respect for the staff at this place who work with people from all different backgrounds, and walks of life. If they cou...ld not provide the solution to myself, or people I work with in the moment they were more than able to help us navigate our issues we may have had. Accusearch Registry in Edmonton is probably the most human place to go to out of all the registries I've been to in the city of Edmonton. The staff at Accusearch do not get enough credit for what they do. It's a PRIVILEGE to go to this place. I can tell you they are miracle workers compared to other registries in the city. Just a head's up! There will be NO MOTOR VEHICLE SERVICES available anywhere in Alberta starting Friday morning on June 19 right through and including all day Monday June 22 as government upgrades their system platform. No plates, DL or ID cards, exams, searches ~ nada! So, if your last name starts with a 'Cl', 'H' or 'Sc', your licence plate probably expires at the end of June. Renew early by coming into our office, go online and click the link on the website, email or fax in your request! We are OPEN!!

We are still open in Edmonton City Centre (East Side) despite restricted access rules at the moment. Good news is we expect the mall to carefully re-open for up to 25% occupancy on or before May 14! In the meantime, Service Alberta has temporarily allowed certain transactions to be done by fax, phone or email if you are stuck at home! We can renew your licence plate, or even your Driver's Licence or ID card (restrictions apply of course). Call or email for details!

Weird Days! As an essential service, Accu-Search is still open during this time of forced closures. That said, our landlord has been required to restrict access by the public to Edmonton City Center. Clients will have to enter the mall through the single guarded entrance on 101 Street (by the TD Bank) before coming up to our office for service. Pedways connecting the mall to nearby parkades are also closed. Stay well out there..
