As we exit Black History Month, we want to keep the awareness going with the story of something we take for granted every single day! We expect to have our homes at the optimal temperature every day, and we have a woman, born in 1895 to thank for this. While the Technicians at Accuserv are the ones to thank for keeping us comfortable today, It was Alice H. Parker who invented the first concept for a central heating system that ran on gas!... We can only imagine the struggles that Alice must have went through as an African American, Female inventor in the 1900's. Keep your furnace and your home safe! Make sure you clear the snow around your furnace vents! Save yourself the call and stay warm by making sure the snow is cleared around this area!

Great review from Donald... "Big thanks to AccuServ. My furnace fan broke on Boxing Day and after some poking at it and wishing I realized I couldn't fix it myself. I called a couple of the bigger companies thinking they'd be more equipped and available to fix my problem on a holiday. No response! AccuServ to the rescue!! They came out quick, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it the next day with a new part. Very thankful they were able to source the part, work on a holiday, and get my house back to toasty warm. After weighting our options, we’ve decided to replace the old furnace with new one. Great review from Adam... "Our furnace went out (not a good thing in winter in Canada), and since Accuserv had done a great job on our AC a few years ago, I called them for the furnace. Since they couldn't schedule an install for a few days, they provided loaner space heaters to keep the house livable in the interim. Install was efficient, and smooth, and the new Ecobee smart thermostat is an added bonus. Who knew I would be able to control the furnace from my Apple Watch? Very pleased with the experience and end result."
