You are like a flower. Just like how a flower needs proper nutrients and water to grow, so do people if they want to grow their minds. We can bloom into amazing individuals by what we choose to "feed" ourselves. We grow in the positive direction whenever we choose intellectual books that expand our minds, music with meaningful lyrics, follow good celebrity influencers, and surround ourselves with like-minded people who lift us up. A little bit about me and why I'm doing virtual tutoring: I am currently enrolled in a teacher education program at an Ontario University, en route to becoming an OCT certified teacher. Since graduating from Waterloo with my B.Sc, my jobs have been related to teaching. I have worked with kids across a wide age range, from ages 3-13, teaching mostly science (including science experiments), math, basic coding, and english. I also taught grade 7 math at a Saturday school. ...My experience for the past couple of years in teaching really fuelled my passion for working with children and teaching them. During the pandemic, I noticed that a common theme among students was having difficulty learning through online platforms. Learning online just isn't the same as in person. So, I want to help alleviate some of that stress and difficulty by offering tutoring for elementary and high school students. I have experience tutoring science, math, english, and essay writing, but if you need help with concepts not mentioned in subjects above, feel free to message me! I'll see what I can do.
