Michelle @AceNutrition is the guest chef at Symphony Spa & Yoga cooking up a special soup - Tomato spinach and tortellini soup that is a featured item on sale today at the Symphony Spa. In preparation of the soup at the very end we add about 2-3 cups raw spinach and heat the soup through until the spinach is wilted. That’s when you know it is heated all the way through and ready to eat. Enjoy!
Say goodbye to the canned stuff- make fresh cranberry sauce in 15 minutes! Use any leftovers as a fruit compote on your toast or croissant or crackers. I love to fold some sauce into my homemade muffin batter. Yummy
