Question: Should we place limits on high demand low supply discs? We are going to receive way less Kastaplast Glow than we requested. It's been challenging getting the high demand Innova Tour Series because they sell out in minutes. The Koling Thunderbirds which we were able to get sold out in two minutes and at least 2 people purchased 5. We would like to hear your thoughts.

We know you have all been waiting. They are leaving the factory this week on route to Canada! We should have them at some point next week.

MVP Eclipse 2.0 and MVP Holiday Mystery Packs will be released November 27, 2020 at 7:00 a.m. Pacific Time. For all of you waiting for Kastaplast Glow, check out MVP’s first Eclipse 2.0 disc the Reactor, a midrange with a speed of 5, glide of 5, turn of -0.5 and fade of 1.5. After comparing it to a two year old used Kastaplast Glow disc, we are duly impressed and have submitted our second order for the Reactor Eclipse 2.0.

Innova Tour Series Availability I’m sure everyone has noticed that we have been unable to purchase some of the Innova Tour Series discs this year. In years past, the Innova Factory Store released them on Friday afternoons and offered dealers a discounted rate. The Factory announced each release on Twitter and the most popular ones sold out in about 20 minutes. After March 2020, many of the Innova Tour Series discs have been released on random dates and times, and the most p...opular ones sell out in a couple of minutes. Additionally, the Factory has only offered dealers a discounted rate on some of them. Of these, sometimes the discount is offered and sometimes not. So far this year, the Factory has not offered dealers any discounted rates on the Barsby Eagle, Conrad Glow Aviar or Wysocki Aviar. Please note that we have decided to only purchase Innova Tour Series discs if a discounted rate is offered. When there is no discount, we assume the Factory does not want dealers to sell these discs. Note that if we were to purchase them at retail price, it would not make sense for us to sell them unless we mark them much higher than MSRP to account for import and shipping fees and staff time. Once we get a tracking number for a shipment of a newly released disc, we will create a product for that disc so you can sign up to receive email notification when that disc is available for purchase. For example, we have just received our tracking # for Lisa Fajkus’ Leopard3 and Madison Walker’s TL3 and they now show as "Coming Soon" products. And expect the popular ones to sell out fast. Note that our system, just like the Innova Factory Store’s system and all other manufacturers’ systems, doesn’t release a disc to you until you actually purchase it.

We have had a number of questions about why we don't have as many Innova Tour Series, Halo, or specialty discs in 2020. The short answer is that we are doing our best but the supply has been significantly limited and selling out faster than we can process an order in some cases, but we continue to do our best to get as much stock as we can to support our valued customers. In addition to wholesale stock not being as readily available the Innova Factory Store that operates inde...pendently from our regular wholesale has decided that a number of the 2020 tour Series discs will not be offered at wholesale rates to retailers since their supply/quantities have been limited. This means that Ace Runners can only purchaser these items at full retail price and would have to sell them at such a high price that we don't feel it would be fair to our customers. See more
