Staying sane through this lockdown... The first time around no one knew what to expect. I think this gives us a bit of an upper hand on how to deal with this second one. keeping your mind and body in a positive state is key. I start out every morning with some fasted cardio and a healthy breakfast. My daughter joins me in this as she loves when I make up little circuits for her to do. ... Keeping my mind positive and occupied is another key ingredient to surviving this second lockdown. I’m currently upgrading some of my skills and learning some new amazing techniques that I can’t wait to unveil!! I have been wanting to take on this training for some time but never found the time until now! No excuses, this lockdown will give give me the time to accomplish this goal . Everyone is always asking me how I do my beach waves! Well folks, here it is! Super quick and easy! Step one- divide hair into two sections . Top and bottom. Step two- using a triple barrel iron , wave the bottom portion using thick sections of hair. Continue with the top portion using slightly smaller sections. ... Step three- gently comb through the waves with my fingers and I then use my flat iron to quickly soften the ends of my hair. Step four- using a drop or two of @joico Blonde Life Brilliant Glow Serum I gently work my way through the hair from mid shafts to ends to give it a glowing finish and I also use my favourite @lorealpro Savage Panache texture spray to give my hair a little grit and extra lift
