It was an honor to film Selkirk Montessori's 2020 Graduation Ceremony for the Grads moving on to high school next year. This was shot in June & since the pandemic made it not possible for the parents to participate in this year's grad ceremony due to the health guidelines of events having a maximum of 50 people, I did my best to film and create the experience for the parents and grads. Hello everyone It's been a while, hope everyone is doing well. Haven't been posting lately on social media because I wanted to detox and get my mental state where it needs to be. I don't normally create digital art pieces like these but this was a special project for myself because of how therapeutic it was to take a step back from all the media & technology and enjoy mother nature. ... This edit was inspired due to this pandemic from COVID-19 affecting the quality of life around the globe and most already know how severe it is and it may get worse if we don't adapt to these uncertainties as soon as possible. The hike up Cascade Falls was a great way to step away from society and enjoy a bit of the wilderness. Times can be stressful right now, since a lot of people are out of work, myself included, but being surrounded by nature calmed my anxiety of the worries and remembered that it could be worse. This is the perfect opportunity to spend time with your loved ones at home, do that activity you've always wanted to do when you didnt have the time to, heck even have a netflix party session with your friends online haha.
