Can’t believe it’s been 5 years today since I did my very first paying customer clean up of my own! I feel like I’m finally firing on all 8 cylinders now that I’ve been in my new location for just over a year. My customers have been amazing and I appreciate everyone that comes in and also people that help spread the word. 2020 has been a challenging year for a lot of people, and with being shut down for over a month I felt it as well. 2020 was suppose to MY year. Bike nights and car shows, antique and farmers markets and automotive swap meets. I had big plans for 2020 to take things to the next level. That stuff was put on hold but I’m hopeful 2021 will be the year for that stuff. Thanks to everyone that’s been a part of my success! I can’t wait to see what the next 5 years holds in store!

I’ll have gift certificates available soon. And also right now I have some of my GF’s creations that will make the perfect Xmas gifts. Another great gift idea will be some garage art I’ll have ready to go as soon as I get my laptop back.

I didn’t come in to work on a Sunday morning because I wanted to. I came in because I’m offering up $250 to the racer that takes out Nick Agostino in round 1 of SS eliminations today and I’m worried I may lose my money. There’s gonna be some bad ass Super Street cars there running some stout #’s today. I don’t know who Nick has first round but my money could be in jeopardy.

I’ve been so busy I don’t get a chance to come on FB much as of late. Had to post this pic though. Thanks Bruce. I think it’s going to be a good day, a long day, but a good day at the Spa.

I’ll be working on a new cancellation policy starting this month. Having lost over $2000 in August from no shows and last minute cancellations, it’s time I finally come up with a rescheduling fee. I’ve been more then accommodating over the years when trying to help people reschedule but the no shows and last minute cancellations this month have finally made me realize I have to do something about it. I’ll post the new policy once I’ve finalized things.

I don’t remember the last time I had to cancel appointments but I’ve had to today due to an issue I’m having with my hands. I will be around the shop catching up on paperwork so feel free to stop in to set up an appointment. Here’s some of this weeks work. 46 hrs in 4 days so I guess I did still put in a full weeks worth of work this week.

Sorry to everyone waiting on replies for August scheduling. I’m still trying to plan my holidays and can never seem to find time to focus on it. I thought tonight would be the night.........but then this happened. I had two people wrote down in my book but hadn’t put them on the board, then filled the day weeks ago when I didn’t think I had much on the go for that day. Exterior wash+inside windshield, acid wash+ interior windshield, interior/exterior clean, interior with spot shampoo + exterior clean X2, and now it’s 8:00pm and I’m starting a complete with shampoo and wax. It’s just another manic Monday. I wish it were Sunday, cause that’s my fun day. ............ that’s catchy. I should write a song about that!

When you finish touching up and old F350 then do a full interior clean with spot shampoo why not do a complete interior/exterior clean with acid wash and wax on a very large Nissan Armada........... then why not compound, polish and wax a boat. My arms are ready to fall off but I’m finally doing what I love doing on a Friday night after a busy day at the shop, and that’s have movie night with the love of my life.

Please be advised......starting in July there will be a $10-$15 disinfecting fee added to each clean up depending on the size. I will be spraying the interior with a disinfectant prior to entering it, and if I’m in and out of another vehicle I will disinfect yours again before you get in . With Ontario still seeing 200+ new cases each day I’ve decided I need to start taking even more precautions to keep everyone safe. From what I’ve heard, most shops are now doing this and they charge upwards of $30 for disinfecting.
