The Action Planning Process took place between December 2020 and January 2021. It began with a visioning consultation survey and workshop that was attended by 20 Pefferlaw residents. The result of the visioning workshop was the identification of the overall goals around which the action plan would be developed. A smaller group of 12 residents, selected for their ability to take on a leadership role, or commit to delivering on specific actions, was brought together through two... action planning workshops to identify the actions necessary to achieve the identified goals, and to prioritize those actions.
