Last night I was dreaming of my time in the Amazon rainforest. It was clear that everything was in concert with each other. The forest, the animals, and the indigenous tribes that still live there. Living in cities, most people get out of sync with nature. We forget that we are part of a larger eco system and need to play our part in symbiotic relationship with her. Our lungs hold the breath of life for us. The trees hold the breath of life for the Earth.... Today is the fall equinox in the Northern Hemisphere. It’s a good time to pause and realign with nature. Suppressed energy will distort and then leak out in unintended ways. I was reminded of this while watching the movie Where’d you go Bernadette. The main character is a highly creative person who wasn’t expressing her creative talents so instead was driving herself and everyone around her a little crazy.
