I had the urge to bust out my contact dragon sword for last weeks fire jam. Oh so glad I did! I love this prop so much despite feeling somewhat out of practice with it. So much fire, and one of the most unique flow props I use. It has such a magical weight distribution, and really makes me feel balanced and centered when I can keep it under control! Take time to dwell on your passions, and let your heart be open as you decide how you will interpret the energy around you e...very day.
