I’ve decided to cancel classes for the next little while, tentatively resuming April 16. This is a tough decision to make I’m hearing more and more that it’s a good idea to reduce contact, and that folks can be asymptomatic but still contagious. Many people use PCA and well as St James Anglican church so I feel that it’s in the best interest of the space to make the call to temporarily suspend acro classes. I will be posting weekly conditioning workouts on the @acroyogawinni...peg Facebook group and instagram to help keep us all motivated and help us to get stronger and more flexible so that when classes start up again we will be ready . These cancellations are tough on small business. Prairie Circus Arts also had to cancel its upcoming fundraiser which was supposed to happen next week. I will be volunteering my time to create these conditioning workouts and answer and questions about them. You can participate for free, but if you feel like it’s within your means to make a donation please use the link below to support PCA directly. You must have a solid understanding of acro poses: star, shoulderstand, cartwheels, free bird presses and have 20 second handstand (at the wall). No partner needed.... 8:00-9:15 Intermediate Class. Pre-Reqs: Comfortable basin/flying and spotting shoulderstand, Acroyoga cartwheels, side star, star, free bird presses and have a 20 second handstand (spotted or at the wall is fine) Bonus is some familiarity with tuck sit, foot to hand and reverse star. Drop in $15, 5 Class pass $65. You can pay cash, or card.

This is the first week of the new schedule and new home @prairiecircusarts 195 Collegiate Thursdays February 6, 13 & 20 (no classes feb 27 or March 5) All Levels/beginner friendly class 6:30-7:45... Intermediate 8-9:15 Drop ins are $15 and 5 class pass is $65. Tax included. Please note that the door is locked and there is a doorbell. Plan to arrive in the 15 minute window before class because it’s pretty disruptive to the class to have to answer the door during class. Thanks for your cooperation
