Hey everyone! ACSA has had another wonderful year! We've had the pleasure of having Ms. Rangina Hamidi share her experience and passion about Kandahar Treasure (www.kandahartreasure.com), enlightening discussions during our Tea Huts throughout the year, and an informative and lively 4th Annual Afghanistan Awareness Week! We had some great local and international by coverage by CTV Calgary, BBC News Farsi, 660 News, and more! It was wonderful collaborating with passionate stud...ent clubs like The Women in Leadership and The Persian Gulf Club this year. Thank-you to those who came out to our events and supported our initiatives this year. As we're approaching the end of the year, ACSA will be holding elections for the upcoming 2014/2015 school year. For those of you who are passionate and interested in being a part of the executive team, please send ACSA an email stating which positions you are interested in and why. Positions available: President, VP Communications, VP Events, VP External, & VP Finance. Please nominate yourself by sending us an email at [email protected] by Thursday April 10th at Midnight.
