Listen to your contractor. Today I went to a customers house to install a window. 3 Months ago I gave her a quote to supply and install a window. She asked if she could buy the window and I just install it as she had a friend that sold windows. The cost worked out to her saving $50.00. I said it really was not worth it and would feel better if I ordered the window. She insisted on buying the window herself. This is now the 3rd time that they have shipped the wrong window. S...he has had to pay for 3 windows now and it has cost her $600.00 more then the original quote. And she still hasn't got the proper window yet. I think that the other company is doing this on purpose and taking advantage of Her. She is a single mother of 2 and very passive. What scares me even more is that when I told this story to other people they told me that the contractors have told them they have to buy their own windows and the contractors only install them now. As a father of an 11 year old I would be very concerned if this was one of my kids. I have had many foster children as well who used to do the same thing. From experience they were usually found at a friends house. Hopefully this is the case for these two and if we get the message out someone will call the police regarding their where abouts. Keep them in your prayers for a safe return home.

I just found out that one of my customers is very sick and in the Hospital. she has asked that I pray for her recovery. I ask that everyone prays for her, weather you believe or not. She is a very christian lady. She contracted an infection and it almost killed her. She now has to learn to walk again. This woman is dear to me, she was my first customer ever and has called us for everything at her house since. I pray that all my customers, friend, and family have good health.
