Same business, same mission, same community. Some may even call us competitors. In reality, we support one another and are at times each other’s biggest cheerleaders. Eight months ago we were faced with what felt like an impossible hurdle, as every other business did. We were forced to close our doors to our beloved dance homes and pivot our service to continue to engage with our dancers. This hurdle brought us together in a new light and allowed us to connect and hold compas...sion for one another as we prepared to tackle the new dance year. . Here we are again eight months later. As we closed our doors for the second time on November 8th, we reunited stronger than before. Staying connected daily, ensuring no one is left in the dust with important details and listening to one another’s frustrations and sadness. Holding space for each other and coming together for our dance families. . We want our dance families to know that we are in this together. We will continue to stay connected and support each other. We will rise higher than ever before for the dance community of Squamish. We are truly better together! . As many of you may have heard, health officials announced an immediate 2 week ban on group physical activities in our area effective immediately. This has come rather abruptly and unfortunately will be very hard on us, though we are doing our very best to make the transition to temporary zoom classes as smooth as we can. If you have outstanding fees for this term please support us by making payment as soon as possible and though we know zoom isn’t ideal for all please under...stand it isn’t ideal for us either, but it is what we must do to keep our company open in the future. We have always done everything we can to try to help our community, and now we are humbly asking for your support in return so that we can continue to provide mentorship and service to the youth of our town.
