Yesterday we hosted Registered Massage Therapists for a Lifesaving Society Emergency First Aid update. Gordon , ACATR and Steve McCall of the NeuroMuscular Treatment Centre at 17 Lyngby Avenue got to hang out after the course. Steve is is our neigbour, close friend and great massage therapist.

ACTAR gets to teach in some really nice places. Our classroom today had a great view. We teach the Lifesaving Society Emergency and Standard first aid courses at your location.

We went by Heather Creamer's last week to update her CPR C and AED. After the course she told us about Medexn Fitness Institute . Yesterday, ACTAR spent some time with our friends at Purdy's Wharf Fitness Club providing a free health and wellness seminar to companies at Purdy's Wharf. Participants learned hands only CPR, had experience with an AED, practiced with an EPI Pen and learned about the first aid management of heart attack and stroke. Thank you Purdy's Wharf Fitness Club for inviting us. We enjoy hanging out with such a fit team.
