Proud graduate of Pacific Rim College 2021 . This 6 year journey through college was challenging, but it taught me how to thrive each day for the rest of my life and that is priceless. I have gained so much vitality through this knowledge and look forward to teach others how to live in a more holistic way. By using natural tools and ancient wisdom to heal disease & improve our wellbeing, we can learn how to thrive in each moment, instead of suffering. It is a choice we must c...onsistently make in order to truly find harmony. Strong in body, mind & soul!
Lower Body workouts for building strong legs & glutes: . SQUATS . I love doing squats on my lower body days!... This is a full body workout but will especially tone your legs and glutes. Start low weight and go slow. Focus on keeping your knees back behind your toes and push the knees outwards. Hinge at the hips and drop it low to 90 degrees. Then come back up and squeeze your glutes together at the top of the movement. These can also be done at home with dumbbells or just body weight. Increase your repetitions if you are not using weight to get your heart pumping! Or just go nice and slow, hold at the bottom and come up slowly with a nice long squeeze at the top. Resistance bands can be added above the knees for an extra challenge. See more
