Activated Mama HypnoBirthing

Approximately one year ago I started teaching HypnoBirthing! And it all began with this couple. Kaleigh and Devin believed that birth was a natural and normal process right from the beginning. They showed up to every class and absorbed the content. And then they did the work. They read the HypnoBirthing - The Mongan Method book and Kaleigh practiced the Rainbow Relaxation script and birth affirmations daily. Together they practiced the birth companion support exercises and th...roughout pregnancy grew in confidence that birth is indeed an instinctual and normal process. This couple showed up not for me, but for each other and their baby! And they had wonderful results. Kaleigh faced challenges with her baby’s position, but her midwives from @burlingtonmidwives expertly supported her in helping baby move. From there, Kaleigh experienced the calm and empowering birth they had prepared for. I believe in HypnoBirthing as a birth education course, but also a life philosophy. The people who see success show up and do the work. They believe in their inherent success and look for evidence to support it. They believe in their self worth! As a HypnoBirthing instructor, my job is to teach you how to learn/practice all this and apply it to your pregnancy and birth. 5 weekly classes, 2.5 hours each.
