Wow. Such a beautiful challenge. Thank you, Brené Brown and to my friend, Beating Trauma with Elisabeth Corey for posting

This is a full-on emotion researcher geek out with Susan David on how emotional granularity and agility benefit us as individuals and as leaders. We think that ...denying our emotions makes us stronger and more resilient, but the research shows that it actually makes us LESS resilient. This is such a GREAT conversation on the new episode of the Dare to Lead podcast. http://bit.ly/3bO1qbT See more

Thrilled to share this interview with bestselling author Tina Payne Bryson, Ph.D.! Tina discusses her brilliant book, co-authored with Dr. Dan Siegel: The Power... of Showing Up. Tina also weighs in on a question from a parent about her daughter's disrespectful tones. You may find her advice surprising. Thanks to Tina, this episode is rich with information and insights, all backed by neuroscience. Hope it's helpful to you! (Transcript included in this post.)
So be curious. Thanks again, Mona Delahooke, Ph.D.
