I am fortunate to be part of the BC Bike Race team as a Massage Therapist. BC Bike Race is a 7 day mountain bike stage race from Victoria to Whistler, British Columbia, I am looking forward to work with those amazing athletes!!!

Forward Lunge Elbow to Instep It's a warm up exercise to do before any activity. By doing it everyday it gives me cues on how my body feels. If after the first one I am feeling flexible and have no soreness it means my body is rested and doing well overall. If it takes 6-8 repeats to feel that my by body is loosened up it means to me that I am doing alright, but I need to spend more time on recovery over the next few days. If after 6-8 repeats I am still stiff and/or sore, it might be that I should not workout and have rest day and definitely put into place a recovery strategy ( stretch, foam roller, massage etc...) http://www.coreperformance.com//forward-lunge-elbow-to-ins
