Dear Canadians, What will it take for you to wake up? Today we have had 3 Pastors ARRESTED in alberta alone.... Their crimes: sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We have seen Pastor James Coates arrested and sent to maximum prison for 35 days. For not turning away people who want to come worship God, not forcing people to mask... letting people decide for themselves. 38 Sundays the people of the Graceland church met with no out break, no not even 1 case. So of course the government and it's gestapo needed to stop the freedom of association, the freedom to worship God. Yet as Alberta put Pastor James in maximum security prison, they let out 2 convicted child sex offenders. You know because of overcrowding and clearly for the safety of our community. Last week Pastor Artur Pawlowski was Arrested, he has been outspoken about how Canada is becoming just like communist County he grew up in. Poland was under the iron curtain of the soviets. He knows all too well the tactics of the communists and has been sounding the alarm! Just yesterday Pastor Tim Stephens was arrested. That's is all just in Alberta and that is just the tip of the iceberg friends. Please just look into this, see the videos for yourself. I know its hard to face truth and face reality now a days but the alternative is so much worse! Turning a blind eye to this will cost us everything we love. It will cost our children their future that was once so bright. We need you! Your children need you to step up! Be brave. Stand strong and raise your voice! Otherwise we will wished we had taken a stand; we will pay dearly for not standing and speaking up when we could. This is the time to stand. There is no better Time then NOW. Slow Sacred Flow starts this week We start each class with a few moments to honor ourselves. After a quick conversation about the movement we will explore in during class, we start off slowly to build mind-body awareness.... We use sacred masculine and feminine movements to help us connect deeper and open up our bodies, hearts and spirits. You can expect some dynamic movement, spirals, free flowing movement, yoga, and myofascial release within this series. Every body is welcome to attend. We can all benefit from watching this one! Have you ever had a "mental breakdown" before? I put mental break down in the same category as ego/ identity deaths. ... Personally, I have a few of them and am incredibly grateful for the experiences. Even though it was challenging in the moment, I got to burn away so much that truly wasn't me. Let go off the tiny box I squished myself into and allowed myself to be free of the illusion of who I "should" be. Mental Breakdowns have opened my perception to new possibilities, which have lead me to beautiful places. Yes it can be a harsh experience but it doesn't have to be either.
