For several years I’ve been very interested and motivated by the fitness industry. This past year, I’ve competed in my first NLABBA competition and took home first place in my division all because I was given the proper guidance and tools to work with by a very knowledgeable coach. My journey to a healthier lifestyle has given me a greater appreciation and passion for the industry and so, I’ve decided that I too want to help others achieve their fitness goals the same way I achieved mine. LPL - Personal Training by James Gardiner is now re-branding to ACTIVE ATHLETICS Some exciting news to share!! As you seen, I went through drastic challenges with my fitness journey. ... For years I wanted to look a certain way. Doing whatever it took to reach that, and venturing into unhealthy, unsustainable paths. I thought that would make me happy, when realistically it did the total opposite and caused more problems. Fast forward to now, I’m in such a happier place both mentally and physically, with loads of energy and the best performance I’ve had in years! This is exactly the way I teach my clients as well! So, I didn’t want a brand that displayed a certain look. It just wasn’t who I stood for and the style of coaching I do. So I’ve decided to rebrand from lean physique lifestyle and changing it to something that represents my brand completely, Active Athletics @active.athleticss I teach people how to live an active lifestyle, training for athletics, focusing on how you FEEL and how you PERFORM. Once you focus on these areas, the looks will come naturally. I have always been a natural born athlete. So Active Athletics describes my brand perfectly!
