We are very excited to welcome the newest addition to our team! For those of you that have not yet had the pleasure of meeting our most recent addition- another fabulous Registered Massage Therapist, meet Amanda!! She has been treating patients for six years in a neighbouring community and is thrilled to bring her talent and skills to our clinic. See below to learn a little about Amanda: Amanda was born and raised on Ilderton Rd, just minutes from downtown Ilderton, so start...ing this next chapter in her RMT career feels like coming home. Amanda graduated from Darcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy in 2015 and has been in practice for the past six years. As an RMT she is passionate about helping clients improve their mobility and feel their best by minimizing pain and muscle tension, while optimizing their overall wellness and relaxation. Amanda has treated a variety of clientele: children, adults, seniors, and expectant mothers and is confident in her array of techniques to elevate her clients musculoskeletal health. In her spare time Amanda stays active playing hockey with the Komoka Bruins and in ball hockey leagues. She also enjoys spending time with family, friends and her fur babies. (All as per covid regulations of course lol ) She is looking forward to meeting and connecting with the wonderful members of our community and is excited to treat you all! As the province enters the grey zone we will remain open as we have been deemed an essential service by the government. We promise to continue to follow all public health guidelines in order to do our part to keep our patients, staff, and community safe during this pandemic. We will continue to clean all touch surfaces between each patient, wash our hands and sanitize regularly, and wear the appropriate PPE to do our part in helping to control the spread of the COVID 19 virus. As I’m sure you’ve heard, ILDERTON ROCKS TOY DRIVE is at it again bringing Christmas cheer to those in need!! We are a drop off location again this year and would love to help collect any unwrapped toys for all age groups! Let’s help spread some holiday cheer! You can drop off Mon-Thursday all day or Friday mornings until november 27! If you have specific questions about hours just send me a pm!

We are excited to announce that we are open to treat ALL of our patients again! We have been happy to help our emergent patients in the past two months, but we have also missed the rest of our patients during these tough times. Our chiropractic team is available to treat all patients again and our massage therapists will be available very soon (we will let you know when they are available for booking). As we move into this next phase we want to assure our patients and ou...r community that the safety of our staff and all of you is our number one priority. We will continue screening all individuals entering our office and will only be allowing those with negative screening to be seen. Our staff is also self screening and will not be entering the office if any symptoms arise. We will continue treating with the appropriate PPE as advised by our regulatory governing body and Ontario’s public health guidelines. All staff members will be wearing masks and we ask that all patients continue to wear masks or face coverings to their scheduled appointments. We continue with increased cleaning and disinfecting procedures of the office, including all treatment areas and all touch surfaces between each patient encounter. The timing of appointments are continuing to be spaced out in order to allow for social distancing in the office. We ask that all staff and patients respect social distancing and remain minimum of 6 feet apart. We continue with all hand hygiene procedures before, during, and after all patient encounters and we ask all patients to use the provided hand sanitizer when entering and when leaving our office. We installed a plexiglass barrier at reception to ensure that our staff and community remains protected in areas where 6 feet of separation may not be possible. Good morning!! As we continue waiting for the green light to be able to treat ALL of our patients and their needs again, we are still currently treating emergent care patients for chiropractic care only. Based on the recommendations from both the federal government as well as Ontario public health officials we are now asking patients to wear a face mask or covering to their appointments. This request will be in place until the recommendations from our health officials lift ...on this matter in order to keep our community and our staff safe! Declan decorated the office and chalked outside today for art class. He wanted to give a big shout out to ALL the AMAZING FRONT LINE WORKERS! Stay strong Ilderton. We will come out of this on the other side. Now he challenges all of Ilderton to get out your blue paper, crayons, paints, ribbons (or whatever blue items you can come up with) and decorate. Moms, you can call it art class!
