SKATING RINKS OPEN: We're excited to announce that our Alice & Fraser Recreation Centre and Stafford Recreation Centre outdoor rinks are now open! Thank you to ...our volunteers for their time and effort to ensure the ice is in optimal condition! We please ask that you follow the COVID-19 health and safety protocols while using these outdoor rinks. Just a reminder that if a there is a CLOSED sign at the rink to please respect this closure. The reason we close the rinks is to ensure the ice stays in optimal condition and is largely dependent on weather. Let's all work together on this. Be safe and have FUN!

We are here for you now more than ever. Patient and staff safety continues to be our #1 priority! We continue to maintain all measures to keep our community safe; as we continue to offer the best care possible. Deemed an Essential Service during this province-wide lockdown, we continue to ensure our clinic complies with all current Ontario Ministry of Health and College of Chiropractors of Ontario guidelines (if these change in the future, we will continue to update you). In ...the office you will continue to notice: mandatory telephone screening or email screening (24 hours prior), and further clinic entrance screening enhanced social distancing with additional spacing between appointments AND waiting in your vehicle before being waived into the clinic (no waiting in the waiting room) limitation of extra items brought into the clinic (just: keys; payment card (limited cash please/ Tap available); assistive devices; and coat/umbrella during inclement weather) the same Active Chiropractic FHC team excited to assist you through our COVID policies and procedures additional hand sanitizing stations throughout the clinic for use at a minimum on Entry AND Exit of the clinic face masks- both for the patient (bring your own or purchase one at the office) and staff/practitioners physical distancing markers where necessary 2m Plexiglass at our reception increased disinfection of all touch surfaces, furniture, tables and equipment between each patient (in addition to alternate room and entrance sides utilized) limited use of our washroom facilities unless absolutely necessary Telehealth for all Initial Visits and the option of Telehealth for follow-up visits 6 FEET APART STRONGER THAN EVER

Wishing a Happy, Healthy, and socially responsible New Year to all of our patients! We are closed today but we will see you in 2021. As an Essential Service during the current lockdown we are here to help! We will be back in the clinic January 4th. All scheduled appoints during these next 21 days will proceed with the same clinic policies and procedures that we put in place back in May 2020 when we were allowed to open to non-urgent patients and have been following since that time. Just like Santa, we are considered an Essential Service during Ontario's planned lockdown. We will be available to 'lift your spirits' by assisting you with your pain management over the next 28 days. All pre-scheduled visits during this timeframe will proceed as planned. If you are now unable to attend your scheduled visit due to changes to your work or child-care, please contact the office in advance to reschedule your appointment. We look forward to treating those that need care during this time with the same procedures and dedication to the health and safety of our patients and staff since we resumed urgent care services in March.
