Active Choice has MOVED! Dr. Dana will be re-open for regular business hours at 16 Mill St. E. (across the road from our old clinic location) on Monday, February 3rd. Call 5198532244, or email [email protected] to schedule an appointment.

The holidays have passed, and Active Choice is now open for regular business hours, until Dr. Dana's official closing date of January 17/20. There is still plenty of flexibility into next week, and the following week - contact 5198532244/[email protected] to book an appointment with Dr. Dana.

Thank-you to everyone who has donated towards Food/Toy drive at Active Choice - Rehabilitation Centre so far! Today we dropped off 24.3lbs of food at Acton Food Share. We will continue to collect any last minute food donations until next Tuesday, December 17th. We are also collecting toys to be donated to the Salvation Army Church. We will be dropping off the toy collection this Friday, December 13th, to ensure readiness for families in time for Christmas. Share what you can!

This is the last full week to drop off donations at Active Choice - Rehabilitation Centre for the food/toy drive. Food proceeds will be donated to the Acton Food Share on December 10th, and the toy donations will be taken to the Salvation Army Church on December 13th.
