If you don’t know, now you know! ActiveLife Rehab and Wellness is preparing to re-open next week; But it won’t be business as usual!... Our staff are well-rested and looking forward to seeing all of you again. This is a sneak peak of how we’ve kept busy! We have many new policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety of both our patients and staff. Preferred hours for our vulnerable patients, staggered appointment time slots, sanitizer, masks, floor markers, and pre-screening of patients health upon booking and arrival just to name a few. Patients who had appointments cancelled in March and April will be contacted by the clinic to reschedule. If you didn’t have a standing appointment but would like to book in with us, send us an email to [email protected] or call at 289-638-4400 Based on the outreach we’ve seen so far, we anticipate a high volume of calls. Please be patient with us, all correspondence will be returned. We can’t wait to welcome everyone back!

Challenge Yourself Mobility challenge of the week: you can use a yoga block, shoe, or a light book. Begin by placing object on the bottom of your foot. Test your mobility, balance, and proprioception by keeping the object from slipping off of your foot while completing a 360 roll over.
