Job Description Everyday duties include but not limited to: Pre wire locations for alarm system Assisting with installation of alarm and video systems Troubleshooting any issue with alarm system for non-testing, or zone issues... Repairing or replacing any alarm hardware Knowledge of basic circuits series and parallel Able to use skill saw & carpentry tools Completion of work orders Providing an I can customer service attitude Willing to learn new things Bonus Skills: Knowledge of access control systems Ability to troubleshoot any issues with access control, video and alarm system Knowledge of video systems Great troubleshooting skills Pre wiring locations for access control and video system Responsibilities Include: Continuous learning Completion of work in a fast paced environment Clean and neat appearance (work shirts are provided) Dealing with any tasks provided in a professional manner Qualifications: Experience is an asset but we are willing to train Clean driving abstract New Brunswick Pick license (obtained after employment) Criminal record check is required Experience with computers and networking We are offering a full time position from Monday Friday 8:00 4:30, with a rotation of on call. Electronic deadbolt lock maintenance, replacing the 9 volt battery in my Emtek E1000. The lock gives you an indication before the battery is going to die that it needs to be replaced. This one has been lasting for over two years and that’s with a lot of use!

One of the exciting times in the office, when a new LSDA electronic deadbolt comes in !! This deadbolt can set up to 20 user codes, it is superior on its battery saving performance and it also has vacation mode which deactivates all user codes temporarily!
