The Acton Soccer Club is preparing for the upcoming 2021 season. We are hopeful that we will be able to offer a house league program this year, but at this point, we are unable to confirm what the season will look like or when it will begin or end. The tentative Start and End dates are May 31st to September 9th, 2021. These dates will be confirmed closer to the start of the season. Register Now & Pay Later! Registration opens ONLINE February 1st and families can register th...eir child(ren) to the appropriate division. NO MONEY WILL BE COLLECTED AT THAT TIME. (Choose OFFICE PAYMENT, when prompted) WWW.ACTONSOCCER.COM *NOTE* If you have a 2020 Credit, your child will be registered automatically in their proper 2021 division at no additional cost. Once we have been given direction from the Halton Region Director of Health and Ontario Soccer, families will be given confirmed dates, times, and a deadline for payment. At this time, we are collecting names of parents who would like to volunteer their time to coach or be a division convenor this season. YOUTH INDOOR SOCCER Georgetown Soccer Club In response to a recent survey that was sent out to some of its membership, the Georgetown Soccer Club is planning on running a 9-week indoor house league program beginning the weekend of January 30/31 and ending on March 27/28, 2021, at the indoor facility located at 30 Prospect Park in Acton.... IMPORTANT: Due to COVID restrictions, the Acton facility has several protocols in place, one being that no more than 50 people are permitted inside the building at one time, therefore, parents will not be permitted as spectators during the games. Players will need to be dropped off at the front door of the building 5 minutes prior to the game start and then picked up at the side of the building once the game is over. Registration: Registration is now available by clicking on "REGISTER HERE" under the Quick Links on the home page of our website. Players will not need to pay at this time. Approximately 40 players per division are needed for the division to run and registration numbers will be reviewed on December 4. If the division is to run, parents will be contacted at this time and asked to complete online payment no later than December 18. 2021 REP TEAM TRYOUTS Our neighbour, The Georgetown Soccer Club , is holding tryouts aimed at players interested in playing competitive soccer in 2021. The tryouts will be held the week of September 21-25 and players are encouraged to attend both tryouts for their age group.... In order to attend the sessions, players MUST register in advance through their account by selecting the 2021 Rep Team Tryout Fee - New Player. There is no fee to try out. Please note that registration is open until September 19 only!!
