ACUPUNCTURE CARE HOLISITIC CENTRE REOPENING To all of our Acupuncture Care Holistic Centre patients, We are excited to announce that we will be reopening on Tuesday June 16th, 2020! We are following Alberta Health and CAAA’s guidelines to provide a safe environment for everyone, so as we move forward, we ask that all of our patients follow our new health protocols and regulations in order to keep our clinic safe.... We encourage all patients to bring wear a mask while inside the clinic. We ask you to bring your own masks to ensure that we have enough for those who need it. Appointment times will be staggered to allow us to control foot traffic and meet proper social distancing guidelines. Please do not arrive for your appointment more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to reduce crowding. These time gaps will also allow for proper sanitation and disinfection of the clinic. We will also provide hand sanitizer for patient use, and we ask that you sanitize your hands regularly and upon entry and exit. We also ask that you attend your appointment unaccompanied unless necessary so that we may be able to better monitor how many people are in the clinic at once. As well, we advise our patients not to come to their appointment if they are experiencing symptoms, including cough, fever, shortness of breath, runny nose or sore throat, that are not related to a pre-existing illness or health condition. We have also installed contactless electronic payment devices which will be sanitized and disinfected after every use. Given this, please avoid cash payments. Our new clinic hours will be Monday - Friday (1pm-7pm) and Saturday (10am-4pm). We will be calling and emailing everyone back on Monday June 15th to ensure we can get an appointment booked for you. To all of our patients, we have had to make the hard decision to close our clinic as of Sunday, March 22nd. We have been recommended to close from The College and Association of Acupuncturists of Alberta, that this will be the safest thing to do at this point in time. This will be the best way for everyone to practice social distancing and keep everyone healthy and safe.... Our online booking for new and existing patients has been closed down and will reopen once we have a more clear timeline on our closure. Hello everyone, we wanted to let you know we are still up and running regular hours. Everyone at our clinic is taking extra precaution to insure the upmost cleanliness! With doing so, we will be wiping down our debit machine and front desk after each patient. We ask if you could please use hand sanitizer or wash your hands in the washroom upon arrival. ... We ask that if you have any cold/ flu like symptoms that you please call in to reschedule your appointment. If you have traveled out of Canada in the last 2 weeks or been in contact with someone who has, we as that you please reschedule.
