Our obsolete mail box left during the culvert upgrade. We needed a new place for the civic address sign, so we whipped up this little fella. What do you think we should name him?

This bevel gear is for a Hay Tedder. Looks like we'll have this machine up and running just in the nick of time as hay season pretty much here. Just gotta grind out the tooltip marks , cut a keyway, heat treat, then polish them tooth faces up. Should be a dandy! Haha, Sorry everybody for turning the camera sideways.

Stacks of parts are my favorite. Still a couple more operations on these before they're finished products.

Check out the old R2 unit chewing up some plastic. Wish I could mill steel that agressively.
