This is a nice article from CBC Manitoba that I was lucky to be included in, about many local organizations who are pitching in to help Art City raise money to re-open their community programming. The wonderful Art City Needs our help. Because of lengthy delays to funding, they have a serious cash flow problem and are in dire need of funds to keep their community programming open. So here's the deal: I made a whole pile of prints, they're shown in this album and they're all 8x10". I'm selling them for 30 dollars each and all proceeds will be donated to art City. Giving children access to art and art programming can literally be a life changing experience and Art City ...does it so well. Comment or send me a message if you're interested. You can get a nice little print AND help a very cool organization (Win/Win!) :) EDIT: I have multiple copies of each print!

A collection of photos from Yes We Mystic and the Earthly Paradise. It was a wild performance that blurred between a traditional concert, theatre, and dance. I got to see a lot of new places in Manitoba this summer and a deffinite favourite was Nopiming Provincial park. It's a beautiful, raw, and old feeling place, it was a joy to photograph. Getting to explore it with Twin River Travel and From Here & Away was so fun, here are a few photos from out there!

I was lucky enough to be able to shoot Rainbow Trout Music Festival last week and it was a blast. I shot some fun double exposures of the festival shenanigians and am pretty happy with how they turned out. I had a really great time making these, hope you like them!

Boniface came back last night with the second show of their 3 show series. It's been a while since I've shot live music and this was such a great opportunity to get back into it. Made friends with this lil' guy the other day

On Monday From Here & Away and FortWhyte Alive put on a Bison Safari Photography workshop. In the June heat the Bison were docile enough for us to step outside the bus and get face to face with the herd which has only happened a handful of times in over a decade. These creatures are my favourite and leading this alongside Joey and our friends at Fortwhyte was a real treat. Can't wait for the next one on June 14!
