Hard to tell with the sun light but after all this is a sun room lol. Did look like brown carpet as you see on the stair. The shine gives it away that I do a really good job sweeping too This took me 1 hour. Done right is key!

Upstairs loft suite. Joints staggered just right. Tight cuts all around with secure integrity. A lot better then carpet that’s for sure.

Worked this morning in a sun room. Added a 1/4 inch of self leveling compound to match heights with the kitchen. Stay tuned for the finished product!! Preparation is everything!
