Our current project of transforming a house in a Swansea area of Toronto is getting into a final stage. The drywall has arrived. Over 300 sheets of drywall, 14 different types and sizes. They needed to be spread over four different levels. To get them to the second and third floor we needed to use a scissor lift. The house got converted from an old 1 family house to a duplex, with sizable addition at the back and a 3rd floor loft added. The loft has a nice 9 foot ceiling, open concept kitchen, dining area and living area with two balconies front and back. It is a part of a beautiful 3 bedroom + den apartment in a walking distance from the Runnymede Subway station. For anyone interested it will be available for rent in coupe of months.
