I had the pleasure of working with this lovely human bean, recently. Shannon is a master Reiki master! Helping to move those stuck energies through your body. I think this work is needed so much right now, with all that’s been happening, it’s important to get help! And luckily we have magickal humans like Shannon to help with that energetic movement. If you haven’t had a Reiki session before, I highly recommend it, especially if you feel stuck. So get off your ass and try s...omething new, ha! Were all moving together as a unit, even though it might not feel that way now. The discomforts are here to make us move. I’m always looking at my own experience to understand how the collective works, if I’m stepping into that discomfort and know what the outcome feels like after, I believe it works for the collective as well and it will eventually ease, after hard work. GLOBAL MEDITATION - For maintaining world peace will take place on Sunday June 14th, 2020 8:00am PST. (Meditating anytime that morning will be O.K!, just sit and do it, that's what matters) . . I would say this is one of the more difficult times I've experienced in my life. The amount of shit that's been running through my brain on the daily, has me enervated. I've had to work double time to keep my frequency/energy higher, with so much distraction at hand. It can be o...verwhelming. But, I have been keeping up with my meditation practice and that has helped me sift through the fear energies a lot faster. Being able to discern way quicker and at the same time, my body and mind clearing, more and more. I would say this time has taught me an enormous amount about myself. . . But this ain't about me, this is about all of us coming together for a GLOBAL MEDIATION!! Yeaaawww. . . Just an example: Get yourself situated in a comfortable position and start focusing on your breath, feeling the sensations around your nostrils, feel the breath going in an out. Let whatever images or emotions come up, this is all part of meditation. There's a lot of information to sift through! Do that for awhile, then create a beautiful image, something that makes you feel fucking amazing, hugging your loved ones, your family, being next to a pristine lake with nobody around, whatever works for you! Feel that for awhile. Next, start imaging an aura around your body, an orange aura, which is extruding through your heart, full of love. With every breath that aura gets larger. Expanding out past your house, then covering your city, your country and then, Mother EARTH! Wishing love and peace for the entire planet. . . I did not start this idea, but I want to share it with everyone in my circle to keep this love going. We are digging into our shadows more than ever. Once in awhile we need to come back to self and realign/reconnect with ourselves and source. I wish you nothing but Love my friends. See more
