Reminder: today we have extended Tuesday hours, 11-1 and 3-6, as we will be closed for the holidays the rest of the week. There are only a couple available adjustment times left for today so if you have been meaning to get on the schedule this week, make sure to get in touch as soon as possible!

After last Thursday, we’re really wondering why we’ve never had a Pajama Day before! (Also kind of wondering why we didn’t make it a Pajama Month.)

Every December, during the last full week of regular office hours before Christmas we like to spread a bit of Christmas cheer, have some fun, and celebrate the holidays with a holiday themed patient appreciation week. This year we’ve had to make some adjustments to what that includes in order to match the requirements of the current situation, but we wanted to find a way to keep this tradition alive in some form, so we are making it happen one way or another! Getting some things ready for our Week of Holiday Fun next week! It’s Great to BEE THREE! Today marks 3 years since the official ribbon cutting at Adapt! A big thank you to everyone who added to our honeycomb wall today, sharing what you love about our team, the Adapt community, the techniques we use, and best of all, the health changes you’ve experienced during your time at Adapt! Hi everyone! Just wanted to let you all know that we have received approval to proceed with re-opening, following all public health requirements. We are here making sure everything is in place so that we can be available for you as soon as possible. If you would like to reserve an appointment time for this week, the best way to do so is to give us a call. Aside from that we will still be making our way through our list to reach out as quickly as we can. Key points for n...ow: 1. If you have symptoms, have been exposed to someone with a confirmed or probable case, or have travelled internationally recently, you are required to let us know as those appointments must be postponed. 2. In order for us to open safely, we require you to follow the posted guidelines while you are in the office, including sanitizing and physical distancing. Our doctors will be masked. 3. If you prefer to wait in your car until a room is available for you, you are welcome to do so. Please just make sure we know you have arrived. 4. Thank you ahead of time for your patience and cooperation. Appointment time flexibility is going to be reduced, and we have a few extra questions to ask when appointments are made and when you visit the office. First, we want to thank you for your support during this time. We have missed you! With the recent announcement of the Province’s relaunch strategy, we wanted to provide a quick update on chiropractic services at this point. Although the government has placed chiropractic services in the first phase of the relaunch, the ability to re-open in that phase remains dependant on Public Health approval of the Alberta College & Association of Chiropractors’ appropriate plan for i...ts members. Once we receive this confirmation of approval, we will announce our official re-opening date. Currently, we do not know when this approval will be received. In the meantime, we are working to prepare our team and office with the additional supports and measures necessary for the appropriate care and caution in protecting our valued patients and team members when we return. For now, chiropractic services in Alberta remain limited to urgent, critical and emergency care only. Thank you for your patience, as we know it has been a challenging time for many. UPDATE: MARCH 23, 2020. Please note the office is temporarily closed, aside from emergent cases. If you have not been contacted regarding an existing appointment this week or next, we are in the process of doing so. If you have any questions please call or email as those messages will be checked daily. We appreciate you all and look forward to re-opening our doors for all regular appointments again as soon as appropriate under the guidance of our regulatory body and AHS.

A few notes on some of the measures we are taking to keep our space as safe as possible for you at this time. We do plan to remain open regular hours this week. Please note however, if you are feeling sick, have been exposed to someone who is ill, or are returning from recent travel, to follow Alberta Health Services guidelines at this time. Please call or email the office to postpone your appointment in those cases. In addition to our regular daily cleaning and sanitation protocols, rest assured, our staff is cleaning all surfaces at an increased rate this week.
