Thanks to Neuromotion Physiotherapy for sponsoring this week’s Fun Fitness Friday video! Join me in this quick flow that you can do right in your chair! Pairing... these movements with a gentle breath will leave you feeling more mobile and relaxed. Just as it's important to get our vigorous physical activity in, it is also crucial that we take moments in our day to lower our stress levels, take a breath, and enjoy whatever movement the body can do today. Turn on the sound if you want to listen to me guiding you through the flow! Keep in mind that I sped this video up and am actually moving much slower by guiding my movement with my breath. I recommend you do the same-especially when it comes to the neck! Enjoy!
