Almost everyone with a promo code is out there claiming that this bundle of supplements is essential for your health FALSE. Just like nutrition and training should be individualized, so should your supplement protocol. The issue I have with this statement is that it perpetuates the narrative that supplements have magic powers. They DON’T.... Now, are there supplements that can potentially serve most people? Yes (read magnesium) but that doesn’t make them ESSENTIAL. Supplementation can do great things when combined with proper nutrition and lifestyle changes but they are an add-on to your health, not the solution. My suggestion? Before hoping online to use for 15% discount (I know it’s hard to pass on a sale), make sure you actually need those supplements. Not sure if you do? Ask me or one of the many other coaches/practitioners out there who don’t use the word essential to talk about supplements PS: A lot practitioners/coaches (like myself) have discounted/wholesale pricing with companies and can offer you better deals than a discount code PPS: [email protected] for all inquiries

s expensive? False. Trying to eat keto, gluten free, organic, free range, grass-fed and grown/farmer by a shaman on an unknown island is expensive Also, take out and packaged/process food isn’t cheap! And you end up buying more because you have to eat more to feel full! ... Truth is; healthy food has a bad rep for costing more than junk food only because people preach only the expensive stuff and claim is to be a miracle food that will eliminate all your fat and give you a 6-pack over night Making good food choices starts with what’s in your cart and it’s actually quite easy to buy food that’s both good for you AND your wallet Pro tip: Sale items and Costco are your best friend PS: find a coach that’s able (read knows how) to make you a plan that is budget friendly PPS: they most likely won’t be preaching one type of diet or food for that to be possible

As coaches we all (well most of us) want the best for our clients! We want them to achieve their goals and even surpass them. It can be easy to get caught up in the methods and tools and forget that there’s a whole other side to what we do: moral support! Truth is, sometimes (read often), all a client needs is some reassurance that they have YOU in their corner ... Let’s face it, for many clients it’s HARD to make these changes and it’s even harder if they don’t have anyone to turn to My advice? Build coaching relationships based on trust rather than on power dynamics This evens out the playing field and makes it much less intimidating for clients to let you know they’re having a hard time Encourage your clients to reach out they’ll appreciate it more than you think! Give your clients as much positive and constructive feedback as possible No one likes feeling forgotten. Acknowledging a client’s workout they posted or sending them a I’m rooting for you text every so often can give your clients that extra boost of confidence that they need to keep going. This also shows them that this isn’t just a business deal for you. Show them your human side clients need to know that you aren’t perfect so that they can relate to you better Often times, clients look up to their coach and see them as super-humans who never eat pizza, don’t miss workouts and are stress free By allowing your client to know that you ENJOY life, splurge here and there and skip workouts when you’re having a bad day, it reassures them that you aren’t superior to them and that they don’t have to be ashamed to tell you when things go a little off track Remember, sometimes being a coach simply means CARING

STOP not doing something because they think it won’t make a difference Truth is: anything you do; big or small, that can have a positive impact on your physical and/or mental health is worth doing! In the end, it’s the accumulation of these actions that will have the greatest impact Going for a walk Adding veggies to one of your meals ... Getting an extra 30 minutes of sleep Taking time to read your favorite book These may all seem meaningless but imagine getting to a point where you’re doing all of them and MORE? Let go of the idea that you need to be doing a lot of really hard things to make a significant change The reality is: living a healthy lifestyle is actually pretty simple and you’re probably going to be way better at it than you think See more

I’ll probably spend every day of the rest of my life repeating this exact advice and that’s more than okay! What I want you to know, is that living a healthy lifestyle doesn’t and shouldn’t be hard or complicated Start small, for example by eating more veggies in your day or getting an extra hour or sleep and slowly build from there.... There’s no magic pill, formula or diet will get you there faster or give you better results. The truth is, there’s only the way that works for you and what your body needs. This doesn’t mean that no sacrifices need to be made or that you won’t have to learn to make better choices. But the good news is that willpower and discipline can be learned and trained; you just need to give yourself time! Patience and resilience is the key in this; NOT perfection Trust yourself and your body enough to know that whatever you choose to do; it will have an impact, no matter how big or small If you’re making any kind of effort, that’s all you can ask for and I’m proud of you for it

2020 was rough; especially for the fitness industry But seeing my clients thrive during these difficult times has made me love my job and them that much more This is Greg, I’ve known him since I’m 15 (that’s 11 years) and I know hands on that this transformation wasn’t easy but damn did he do good! I rarely coach friends/family (too much drama and non compliance) but I had faith in this guy from day 1 because I knew he was serious and would listen to me 100% Here we are 8 months and 40lbs later and he’s still going strong!

Oatmeal, bread, potatoes, fruits. All things Megan eats daily on her meal plan. And yet, after only 2 weeks working together; we managed to drastically reduce inflammation in her belly area, which is something she’s been trying to do for years? ... How did we do it? 1. Spaced out her meals so she actually digested in between them (she’s eating every 3-5 hours, not every 2-2.5 like she was previously doing) 2. Less snacking - 3 big meals and only 1 snack (you don’t need to eat 5-6 small meals/ day - that’s actually counter productive) 3. Took away the fear of eating certain foods. She came to me being scared of eating carrots, tomatoes, red meat, certain fruits and carbs. What did I tell her to reintroduce? Carrots, tomatoes, red meat and carbs! Why? So she would actually enjoy her plan and the food she’s eating and not feel restricted to only chicken and green veggies as she had been previously instructed to do. That’s all we’ve done: real food she enjoys, tiny caloric deficit and most importantly, removed the stress around food. Crazy how the body responds with the mind is in a good place!

1 month and 9lbs between these pictures What you don’t see is the mindset behind them: Irben is a client who NEVER and I mean NEVER finds excuses. If he messes up; he admits it. If he does well; he’s damn proud to tell me about it too!... In the first picture; we had hit a setback in his progress - nothing was moving. I then discovered that his sleep had been way off and I warned him that until he got back to a normal sleep cycle; I couldn’t do much to help. Well here we are, 4 weeks later and he did exactly what I asked. 100% on his diet, working out from home with one set of dumbbells and QUALITY sleep. That’s all this took. I’ll keep saying it: there’s no magic pill See more

Eating healthy is hard and/or complicated? I was in bed last night and challenged myself to come up with a list of as many whole foods as I could in under 2 minutes. I named almost 70! ... If we step away from any diet model or fad and just focus on eating real food; this is what we get: VARIETY! I’m also missing so much on this list and don’t include much packaged foods who’s ingredients would fit in just fine! Eating well is NOT just plain chicken and veggies all day. It never was and never will be! All it is? Eat. Real. Like many of you; I’m heart broken at the news that gyms in Quebec are closing once again . . . BUT, we need to keep our health a priority no matter what! ... It’s not ideal, it sucks to train from home, I know. But staying active and finding another way to release stress and create time for yourself is the best way to make it through. Truth is, you won’t be hitting PRs or building crazy amounts of muscle at home, but it’ll be something! It’ll be something for you because just like when gyms are open, you make time for yourself. Don’t give up now! . . . If you’re not sure what to do or need help creating a routine, my DMs are always open for questions! . . . #fatlosscoach #montreal #healthcoaching #fatlossjourney #nutritioncoach #onlinecoach #lavalpersonaltrainer #laval #personaltrainer #onlinecoach #onlinetraining #mtl #montréal #healthmatters #gymmotivation #healthgoals #workoutmotivation #results #healthymindset #mindsetmatters #weekendmotivation #weightloss #weightlossmotivation #gyminspiration #weightlossmotivation #womenwholift #mtlblogger #fatlosstips #montreallife See more

Choosing me as a coach means accepting that your results might take more time; but I’ll always put your health first. Sustainable results are the goal!

Ummm...this is one month difference This is the exact same weight in both picture: 122.6lbs! . . .... 15.9% VS 13.6% bodyfat 19.5lbs VS 16.7lbs of fat 102.7lbs VS 105.9lbs of lean mass . . . The scale means NOTHING for the majority of people and when it comes to measuring progress! . . . I’m so proud of this warrior client of mine who kicks ass in the gym, works crazy hours as a nurse and is a single mom of 2! Oh and she’s 49! 100000000x bravo ma belle Leila . . . Want to know our secret approach to these results? Check this out This transformation happened with my client training with me 3x per week Her meal plan? Just don’t eat crap. That’s it. Her work schedule doesn’t allow for a rigid meal plan as she’s very limited on time She knows she needs to get in 3 meals and one snack with approximately how much food in each and what components But the rest is up to her She’s also a highly stressed client who strives to please others only and not herself Having her follow a detailed meal plan would only make this worse She’s learned to portion control without measuring To choose whole, unprocessed foods That’s it. That’s our secret. It often doesn’t take drastic measures to get drastic changes. Consistency and common sense See more

450lbs leg press for 9 reps! I’ll take it considering I haven’t leg pressed in around 6 months due to back pain So happy I can finally add these back to my leg day! P.S. definitely did a prayer mid-set to keep pushing through
