Vancouver Market Update - November 2020 Buyers and sellers continued to be very active in the market over this last month, in near record numbers. October’s sales were up only 1% from September, but they were 29% higher than this same period last year. And total sales were 35% above the 10 year sales average for the month. ... On the inventory side we’ve started to see sellers pull back, with 13% fewer properties being listed on the market compared to September. Total inventory is down 5% from September, and only 1.5% than last year. Overall the market remains in Sellers Market territory, however certain submarkets continue to lead the way, while others are showing sings of softening.
