So you’re stuck at home and you have run out of things to do... well here are some home tips of things you could check around the house. Bathroom ceiling fan grills-wash them Dryer vents- inspect and clean. Some washing machines have a cleaning cycle- do it You’re printer needs head cleaning and alignment- now is the time... De ice your freezer Clean your vacuum cleaner Wash your walls and inside doors Clean the oven / fridge Sort out that paperwork. Let’s talk about photo albums just for laughs Eh. Had two days on a Genie lift changing the fascia boards on this house in Vancouver. Had quite the view of downtown. Check out before and after photos. Clients are very pleased.

They asked me to build a green house with all the scrap glass and lumber they had around. This is what they got. Just need a new ridge cap, siding at the very bottom.

We be building mega shed.

Ok so Galiano has been on hold for a month due to Christmas and a month plus of continuous rainy and snowy days. It can stop now. I’m available if you you need any interior renovation work, roof leaks, gutters and down spout cleaning, appliance installation. The skill set is large. Happy New Year!

So it’s 2020. Welcome. Going to finish off Galiano project this year and hope to get some other renovation projects this year. Bowie (my overlord) is prepared to drive me hard this year. Home tip. Next time it snows look at your roof. Even if it’s frosty, if your home is not insulated properly you can see where your home heating is escaping. I have insulation to install in my own castle.
