They will contain a variety of smoked meats & salamis (including our famous smoked beef brisket!!) grapes, olives, pickles, and a variety of nuts & cheeses. All prepared in a takeout container.... HOLIDAY HOURS: The shop will be open as per usual this Friday, December 18th from 9am-5pm. Open on Wednesday, December 23rd from 9am-5pm. ... Open on Thursday, December 31st with reduced hours of 9am-2pm. The shop will then be closed until Friday, January 22nd, 2021. For the Fredericton Boyce Farmers' Market, we will be attending on: Saturday, December 19th and the Christmas Eve market on Thursday, December 24th. Then we will be away until January 23rd, 2021. ‘Tis the season, Christmas pâtés are back! We have three kinds: Mushroom, Herb & Garlic and Apple & Spice!

To all our customers - we have come up with a special for New Year’s Eve! Since we can’t have large gatherings and are restricted to a small family bubble, we are thinking of doing up some Charcuterie boards. We are wondering how many people would be interested in picking one up? We would do two different sizes: 4-6 people and 6-12 people. The pickup day would be December 31st, from 9am to 2pm at our shop in Knightville. The cost will be $35.00 for a small and $60.00 for a... large. They will not disappoint! Leave a comment if you would be interested, and what size you would want. Just wanted to see if it was worth our time as this is a busy time of year. All you would need is your wine!!
