We have implemented strict practices for increased sanitation protocols, physical barriers for client safety, protective face shields, mask and eye wear for staff. Our staff adhere to strict hand hygiene and sanitizer protocols, an...d our clients are encouraged to use the hand sanitizer stations located throughout the spa for their protection. Clients are mandated to enter wearing a mask, one will be provided at no charge if required. Upon your arrival you will notice physical distancing decals to assist with client separation, and protective barriers at our front desk. Our Manicure stations have protective barriers to ensure increased safety for our clients and staff, and our pedicure services are limited to only 2 clients in our George St. room and 1 in our Couples pedicure room. These rules don’t apply to groups if they are members of the same family, house hold or social circle. All clients and staff are required to complete a health information questionnaire and temperature checks upon arrival to ensure symptom free, safe contact, allowing us to update your client record.
